Product quality  must be in strict accordance with the corresponding standards of production acceptance, acceptance standards for non-standard screws are as below steps.
Firstly, non-standard screws are also the evolution of the national standard screws, but also according to the national standard screw surface defect standards, determine the specific test items, this specific please refer to the corresponding national standards, if the surface coating, coating effect on the identification of surface defects, should be removed before the inspection.
Secondly, according to the requirements of the design drawings for the non-standard screw shape size and material inspection, this should pay attention to the material inspection,  material certificate which raw material manufacturers provide. High-end products must be SGS material certification, and sent to the relevant laboratory for material composition analysis, to confirm whether the composition content meets the drawing material requirements.
Thirdly,Non-destructive inspection is required for the function again. If quenching cracks, supporting surface and wrinkles below any part are found during the non-destructive inspection of non-standard screws, and whether the coating conforms to RoSH environmental protection requirements, etc.
At last, it is destructive inspection, such as non-standard screw hardness level to do the corresponding hardness impact test;Internal hardness, mechanical properties, torsion test and so on this will damage non-standard screws, but the screw factory with a strong sense of  is  a necessary factor to  do testing projects.
